1. Age requirement

We do our best to describe and picture our products accurately. Cigars are natural, handmade products, so color, size and appearance may vary slightly from the photos.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order at any time, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, if age verification fails, or if we cannot lawfully ship to your address. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full when you place your order. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Lawful use

You are responsible for making sure that buying and receiving tobacco products is legal where you live. Our products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to The Bouncer Cigar or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bouncer Cigar is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
